Refunds Policy

If you are new to SwimNE, then should you cancel at any time prior to 7 working days before the course begins we will refund you your money. Should you cancel within the 7 working days prior to your course commencing, we will issue a refund but deduct a £10.00 administration charge. If you are an existing client and you cancel a booking for the next course at any time after the automatic rebooking date has passed (less than 7 days to the next course starting ) we will issue a refund minus a £10 administration charge. Please note that we are under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you or your baby are unable to attend part or all of the course. We are aware that missing a couple of lessons and not being able to get a refund can be irritating, but unfortunately our costs remain the same, whether or not everyone is present. Request for refunds relating to medical problems and general absence SwimNE is unable to make refunds for absence due to medical conditions, changes to work commitments or other reasons for not being able to attend the course as a part or a whole. Our cancellation SwimNE reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. In this case we will offer to transfer you or offer a full refund. Any refunds for cancelled lessons will always be given by the first week of the next term - by way of deduction on the next course fee.
